One person may love a low driving position while the other prefers easier access or a quieter cabin. Use the interior photographs to discuss those preferences. If either person has concerns about entry or seating, raise them before confirming the car. The most photogenic option is not automatically the most enjoyable shared trip.

Pack for the actual vehicle
Two travelers can still arrive with several large bags. Tell the concierge what you are bringing and whether you need the car at the airport or after hotel check-in. For a convertible, ask how luggage space changes with the roof position. Avoid turning the rear seats into an assumed storage solution without a practical fit check.

Leave room for an unhurried evening
Choose a confirmed parking arrangement at your destination and agree the return window in advance. If both people want to drive, each must be reviewed and approved under the applicable terms. Sharing a trip does not itself authorize sharing driving duties. Build your request around the whole evening rather than only the arrival photo.
