How it works

Your car. Your dates. A clear plan.

From choosing a convertible for the coast to arranging an SUV for a longer stay, the process starts with the trip you want to make.

Delivery arranged by REVANT · availability on request

1. Choose your car and dates

Explore the real vehicle photographs and compare daily, weekly and monthly rates. Select the car you want, enter pickup and return times, and tell us where your stay begins. If you are choosing between two cars, explain the trip: passengers, luggage, driving plans and the occasions that matter.

2. Plan delivery with our rental team

For hotel or residence delivery, provide the property and entrance details. For an airport arrival, share your flight number and baggage needs so the meeting plan can be agreed in advance. Include your return location, too; arrival and departure do not have to follow the same itinerary. Any delivery charge will be included in the quote.

3. Review the quote and requirements

Our rental team checks availability and gives you a summary of the car, dates, rental cost, delivery arrangements and applicable taxes and fees. Drivers must be at least 25, hold a valid license and meet insurance requirements. A $1,000 deposit applies. Ask about coverage, payment and cancellation terms before accepting the reservation. Send sensitive documents only through the secure method our rental team specifies, never in the general notes field.

4. Confirm the handoff and return

Your initial request is not a confirmed reservation. Once the vehicle and terms are agreed, review the written confirmation and keep the meeting instructions to hand. At handoff, review the car's condition and controls, mileage allowance, fuel or charging expectations and return time. Let our rental team know about flight or itinerary changes before they affect the agreed schedule.

Hotel and valet arrivals

Ask the property which entrance receives vehicles and where there is room for a handoff. A street address alone may lead to a pedestrian entrance or a restricted lane. Share any ramp, garage-height or access concern before delivery, especially for a low sports car or larger SUV. Agree with the hotel how parking will work during the stay; vehicle delivery does not automatically include the property's valet or overnight charges.

Your first minutes with the car

Review the condition with the team, then ask about controls that are unfamiliar. Set navigation while parked. For a convertible, learn roof operation and where bags must sit clear of the mechanism. For an electric vehicle, discuss charging access and the return condition. Confirm any feature important to your accommodation's access instead of assuming it is fitted because another example of the model has it.

Changes and the final return

Contact the team before the agreed return time if you need an extension or a different meeting point. Another booking may follow yours, so additional time requires approval. For an airport departure, leave the airline's check-in allowance on top of the vehicle handoff. Follow the confirmed procedure rather than leaving the car with a valet or at a parking facility that has not been agreed as the return location.
