Delivery and collection
Your stay. Your meeting point.
From a Hollywood appointment to a hotel, residence or airport arrival, the useful details are the address, timing and access. We confirm each handoff before the rental begins.

Miami Beach
A Miami Beach rental should fit the way you will use the coast: a relaxed open-air outing, an evening arrival or a car for the whole hotel stay. Decide on the vehicle, then arrange where it will live between drives.
Plan the handoffFort Lauderdale
Choose a car for the Fort Lauderdale stay you actually have planned: waterfront time, a business schedule or a base for exploring South Florida. Start with the people and bags, then choose the experience.
Plan the handoffHollywood, Florida
REVANT is based at 2500 Hollywood Blvd in Hollywood, Florida. Discuss the car and dates before visiting so the team can confirm the vehicle and a suitable handoff arrangement.
Plan the handoffArriving by air?
Send the flight number, arrival date, destination, passenger count and luggage details. Meeting points and charges are confirmed for the specific request, not assumed from the airport name.
Brickell
A tower address needs more than the street name. Share the correct entrance, guest-parking or valet instructions and any loading restrictions. Leave time between the handoff and your first meeting so the vehicle introduction is not rushed in an arrival lane. For a business day, list appointments in their expected order and allow a gap after delivery. A sedan may suit passenger-led meetings, while an SUV may be useful when bags or additional travelers are involved. Confirm overnight parking with the building rather than assuming valet access includes the entire rental. If several people will use the car, identify the intended drivers before the agreement is accepted.
Sunny Isles Beach
For a beachfront hotel or residence, confirm the entrance and whether building staff need advance notice. Include your passenger and luggage needs if the rental begins with an airport arrival. Arrange the return before the last day of your stay. If your stay combines beach time with journeys to appointments or shopping, choose a car you will want to use on those ordinary days too. An open-top outing may be more enjoyable as a separate day after luggage is settled. For a family rental, describe the fullest passenger and bag load, then have the actual vehicle layout checked before booking.
Aventura
Tell us whether the handoff is at a residence, hotel or another agreed address. A gated building may need a guest registration or access contact. Choose the vehicle around daily driving and parking as well as the main occasion. A longer residence stay deserves a clear parking routine and a return plan, even when the first week is flexible. Compare the seven-day and thirty-day base rates for the duration you actually need. Discuss mileage and insurance for the whole agreement, and request an extension before the confirmed return if your plans change.
Bal Harbour
Coordinate with the property's valet or arrival team before selecting a delivery window. If the vehicle is for a formal evening, allow time for the handoff and dressing schedule. Any delivery charge is confirmed with the exact address and timing. Shopping or a special dinner can change the amount you carry and the time you want the vehicle. Consider those needs when comparing a convertible with a sedan or SUV. If you prefer a driver, request the full service period, including waiting and the final drop-off; do not infer chauffeur inclusion from the vehicle's daily rate.
Key Biscayne
Request the complete address and a realistic arrival window. If you are planning a coastal outing rather than staying locally, agree where the rental will begin and end. Discuss the route and intended mileage before confirming the car. For a dedicated outing, choose the car around the people and belongings traveling that day. A light-bag convertible drive and a group visit create different shortlists. Check parking at the destination and leave flexibility for traffic on the return. If the meeting point changes, have the revised location confirmed rather than leaving the car at an unagreed address.
Marina handoffs
Provide the marina name, vehicle-access entrance and an onshore meeting point. Dock access should not be assumed. Arrange luggage and an authorized contact so a car handoff does not depend on being able to reach a vessel directly. Coordinate the onshore timing with the people receiving the car, particularly when a boat schedule can change. Provide a phone number that will work at the meeting point and have the bags ready for the agreed vehicle. A different return marina or a restricted port entrance requires a separate discussion; permission to access the property is not implied by the rental.

Share the vehicle, dates and a preferred meeting area first. The team will coordinate the exact address and access details with you.
