The short answer
Where to start
Build the vehicle request around the ceremony and portrait schedule, then confirm the exact car, approved use and any driver arrangements separately.

Check access with the full outfit in mind
A low seat or coupe door can require extra thought when formalwear is involved. Discuss who will ride, how often they will enter and exit and whether the car needs to transport anything else. Review the exact vehicle photographs together instead of choosing solely on exterior color.
02 · Planning detail
Put portraits into the timeline
Tell the concierge when and where the car is expected for photographs, how long it may stand and whether it will also travel between venues. Get any decoration or production use reviewed in advance. Do not attach ribbons, flowers or other materials without approval for the vehicle and method involved.
03 · Planning detail
Clarify the roles on the day
Identify the authorized driver and a contact who can coordinate without interrupting the ceremony. A vehicle-only rental price does not include a chauffeur or an event coordinator. Ask for delivery, waiting arrangements where applicable and collection to be described in the final quote, with a plan for schedule changes.
