Start with a specific vehicle
A convertible Mustang, a Lamborghini Urus and a Rolls-Royce Cullinan represent different rental choices. A low headline price for one should not set expectations for all three. The examples below use the same rates as the individual REVANT listings, so you can open the galleries and see what each price refers to. Model, body style and the particular vehicle matter more than broad labels such as luxury or exotic.

Keep the comparison dates identical
Ask for the same pickup and return times when comparing vehicles. A calendar date by itself does not describe a rental period, and a price shown online does not confirm availability on that date. Share your complete schedule and ask whether any date-specific minimum duration applies. A quotation based on a different return time or a different delivery location is not a like-for-like comparison, even when the displayed daily numbers appear similar.

Understand weekly and monthly base rates
REVANT calculates a seven-day base rental at 20% below seven daily rates and a thirty-day base rental at 35% below thirty daily rates. These are duration comparisons, not promises about every possible custom-length booking. If you only need a car for an occasion, request that actual period rather than booking unused days to obtain a lower daily average. Ask for the final written amount for any period between the displayed options.

Separate the deposit from the rental charge
The approved security deposit is $1,000 across the fleet. It is a separate budget consideration, not part of the daily rental price. Before booking, ask how the deposit will be collected and released under your agreement. Do not borrow release timelines or payment rules from another company's website. Keeping the deposit, base rental and other charges in separate lines makes the quote easier to understand and prevents a misleading comparison.

Review mileage for your actual route
A daily rental includes 100 miles, with additional miles priced at $4 each. Estimate the route realistically, including delivery-related driving after handoff, visits and the return. For a longer agreement, ask for its mileage terms rather than assuming that the daily allowance automatically creates a weekly or monthly package. A low base price can be the wrong choice if you have not considered how far you intend to drive.

Clarify insurance and delivery
Drivers can use qualifying personal insurance or arrange REVANT insurance, with coverage and cost confirmed before booking. Do not assume that either route is free or that a policy qualifies without review. Delivery depends on the agreed location, access and timing. Request an itemized total that identifies applicable taxes, fees, delivery and insurance arrangements. This is more useful than asking only whether the car can be made cheaper.

Use flexibility where it actually helps
A second-choice model or a different handoff time may give our rental team more room to find a suitable arrangement. Keep your non-negotiable needs clear: passenger count, bags, the event date and the desired body style. If an alternative is offered, inspect its actual gallery and rate before agreeing. Flexibility should improve the fit of the rental, not lead to an unfamiliar substitution that you never reviewed.

Confirm the total before committing
Review the exact vehicle, period, approved drivers, pickup and return, mileage, insurance, deposit handling and complete price together. Ask about cancellation or schedule-change conditions before accepting the agreement. Sending a request is the beginning of this process, not an instant reservation. A clear written confirmation gives you a better foundation for the trip than any promise based only on a starting rate.

First identify the base vehicle charge for the exact period. Second, identify the applicable extras and adjustments, including delivery, insurance and taxes or fees. Third, keep the security deposit on a separate line because it is not the same kind of cost as the rental. Ask the team to explain any item you do not understand before accepting. This structure lets you compare two cars fairly even when their arrangements differ, and prevents a low daily figure from hiding the decisions that actually determine the total.

Mileage example: estimate the route before booking
For a daily rental, REVANT includes 100 miles and charges $4 for each additional mile. If an agreed daily use totals 125 miles, the arithmetic for 25 extra miles is $100. This example illustrates the published excess-mile rate; it does not establish a weekly or monthly allowance, a fuel charge or the total booking price. Include the whole route when estimating distance, not only the journey to the main destination. If the itinerary is likely to change, discuss that before selecting the rental period.

A car that fits the passengers, bags and parking can be more useful than a cheaper vehicle that needs additional arrangements for the travel day. Keep a reasonable second choice if you are flexible, but review its photographs and terms rather than accepting an unnamed substitute simply to reduce the starting price.
