Choose the body style before the badge
An SUV, sedan, coupe and convertible solve different travel problems. Start with your passengers, bags, parking and the type of drive you want. A supercar can be a wonderful choice for a focused outing without being the best vehicle for a luggage-heavy airport arrival. If necessary, separate the travel day from the driving occasion and ask about hotel delivery after you are settled.

Use the exact vehicle gallery
Look through all the photographs of the car you are considering. A model name does not establish every trim, interior option or year-specific detail. If a particular feature matters, ask our rental team to confirm it on the actual car. Identify the listing in your request rather than asking only for a brand, and review any alternative before agreeing to a different vehicle.

Check the driver requirements early
REVANT requires drivers to be at least 25 and hold a valid driver's license. Licenses from any country are accepted under the approved rules, but the team still needs to review the driver and booking details. Every intended driver should be discussed before confirmation. Do not assume that a travel companion is authorized to drive simply because they are part of the same party.

Arrange insurance and budget for the deposit
You can use your own qualifying insurance or ask about REVANT insurance. Coverage and cost need to be confirmed for the rental; a policy name alone does not prove that it meets the requirements. A $1,000 security deposit applies across the fleet. Ask about the collection and release procedure in the agreement, and keep the deposit separate from the rental charge when planning your budget.

Send the dates and delivery details together
Include pickup and return times, not just dates. For an airport request, send the flight number, arrival date, passengers and bags. For a hotel or residence, provide the address and any access instructions. Our rental team confirms the meeting point and applicable delivery charges. A request is not a guaranteed terminal pickup, and the site does not imply an airport rental counter.

Review the quote as one complete plan
The written details should identify the agreed vehicle, duration, drivers, delivery, return, insurance, mileage and price. Daily rentals include 100 miles, with extra miles at $4 each; discuss the terms for longer agreements separately. Ask about changes or cancellation before accepting the booking. A weekly or monthly base rate does not mean that an extension, early return or different drop-off is automatic.

Allow time for a proper handoff
Be ready to review the vehicle condition and ask how its controls work. For a convertible, understand roof operation. For an electric vehicle, discuss charging. For a low sports car, ask about practical access concerns you have already identified at your accommodation. This is the time to resolve unfamiliar controls, not when you are already in a busy valet lane.

Keep the return simple
Follow the agreed return location and time, and contact the team early if the plan changes. Do not leave the vehicle at an unconfirmed airport location or assume it can be kept for another day. Keep any special use, filming or additional driver within the approved agreement. A well-planned return protects the relaxed experience you wanted from the rental in the first place.

Prepare a concise request the team can act on
A useful first message identifies the car, pickup and return times, delivery area, passengers and bags. Add one essential concern, such as a steep hotel entrance or a particular feature, rather than sending a vague request for the best car. If you have a second choice, name it and keep the date range the same. This gives the team a coherent plan to review and makes the eventual comparison easier. Keep payment details and identity documents out of general message fields; follow the team's document instructions separately.

International visitors: settle the details before arrival
REVANT accepts a valid driver's license from any country under the approved rules, with drivers aged 25 or older. Tell the team where your license was issued and ask about the documents needed for the booking and insurance review. Do not assume another country's insurance or a travel policy automatically qualifies for the chosen car. Have coverage reviewed before you depend on the rental for the airport journey. Any translation or additional documentation requirement should be confirmed for your situation rather than inferred from a general travel article.

Make unfamiliar features ordinary before departure
An unfamiliar door, transmission selector or roof control is easier to understand while parked with the team than in a busy arrival lane. Ask for a demonstration, try the controls as instructed and confirm any feature you need for parking. For an electric vehicle, explain your charging plan and ask how the car should be returned. Set navigation and settle loose belongings before moving. A few calm minutes at the start can make the rest of the rental feel much more natural.
