Describe the color and body style you need, whether the car will move and how long it must be present. Distinguish a personal portrait session from commercial or branded content. Use the exact gallery to identify the car rather than requesting a generic model and assuming the color or trim will match a storyboard.

Confirm permissions before equipment arrives
Vehicle rental does not itself grant permission to film at a property, attach equipment or use the car in every kind of production. Discuss mounts, decorations, talent interaction and any unusual use in advance. Arrange location access with the responsible property or authority separately. Do not treat public visibility as permission to occupy a space.

Protect the handover and return window
Allow time for inspection before shooting begins and again at return. A production running late can affect the agreed rental period, so name a contact who can coordinate changes promptly. The displayed base rates are for comparison; approved production arrangements, delivery and any additional requirements must be set out in the quote.
